Swedish Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Shiatsu

About Robert Wiese
Hello! My name is Robert Wiese and I am a graduate of the Wellness Massage Center & Institute. As an adult I found myself wanting to help others maintain their physical and emotional health after seeing the clinical medical system focus too much on numbers and less on the patient as a person. I came to find massage therapy to be an excellent blend for maintaining wellbeing and took the jump into the profession and I haven’t looked back since. I love helping people work out their problems and meet their goals, and I enjoy being able to incorporate bodywork into the process. I spend my free time with my small herd of cats in central Vermont creating art or by hitting the slopes in the winter months. I look forward to working with you!
